WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Delivery is completely free and via a tracked courier service within Australia.
Customers from Victoria, NSW & Queensland usually receive their orders within 14 working days. Customers outside of these states may take longer.
Due to each piece of artwork being made by hand in our Melbourne studio we are unable to offer shipping outside of Australia.
CAN I PURCHASE AN UNFRAMED PRINT?
We include complementary framing on all orders to ensure that each print is framed to the highest standard in our signature floating frames.
To ensure quality control across all the prints we sell we don't offer any prints without framing.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
Due to each piece of artwork being made by hand in our studio we are unable to offer shipping outside of Australia.
WHAT DOES NOISE LEVEL MEAN?
Our artists sometimes introduce gradient noise as an overlay on the original photographic image to add a layer of atmosphere and energy to the artwork. In order for customers to get a feel for how much the artist has manipulated the original image we indicate on each artwork if the noise level is low, medium or high.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Every piece of art is made to order by hand specifically for each customer. Due to the complexity that goes into producing each piece of art unfortunately we cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges. However, the images on our website are excellent representations of what each piece will look like in reality and the 'OUR PROCESS' page includes a detailed description and images of our framing process. If you would like any further information before placing an order please feel free to get in touch and we would be more than happy to assist.
WHAT IF MY ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged please email pictures of the damage to hello@arthouserepublic.com within 24 hours of you receiving it and we will organise for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.
DO YOU INCLUDE A RECEIPT WITHIN THE ARTWORK?
We understand that our artwork is an excellent gift idea so your invoice will be emailed upon order and no invoice will be included in the actual packaging.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
We dispatch the artwork as quickly as possible and our standard shipping is the fastest route we can offer.
CAN I MAKE ANY FRAME CUSTOMIZATIONS?
Unfortunately we are unable to make any customizations to the frame choices.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PORTFOLIO?
Our art directors meet once a month to review all new submissions, if you would like to be considered at the next get together please send a selection of upto 8 images which best represent your work to hello@arthouserepublic.com or use the contact page. We look forward to hearing from you.
